The plan today is to adjust the tension on the spring attached to the vent window. This adjustment will make the window stay where I put it, and the wind won't shut it back closed when I'm riding down the road. The oval hole in the door under the vent window is where the nut and spring is. If you ever want to take the vent window out, you take that nut completely off. The nut is screwed onto a rod which is attached to the bottom of the vent window frame.
